We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel facilities were great, including a spacious carpark and a rooftop pool with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The location in the hills of Sicily was perfect for us, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a good variety of choices. the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
Nothing that we didn't like.

I enjoyed the rooftop pool the views were amazing. The food is very good value for money, large portions very filling and tasty. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms very clean would definitely recommend this hotel.
If you agree to pre pay for your meals at 14 euros per head for a three course meal and do not have meals that day, you can not have a refund, you must have two meals another day, which is quite frankly too much food. The word refund when used to explain this actually means replacement of meal not a refund in money. As the word refund was used to advise what would happen if we did not have meals meant we were expecting cash back at end of stay, instead we paid for food we did not have. That said I believe it was a genuine mistake on Guiswppes behalf when explaining or lack of communication between both parties. The hotel is family run and I believe honest.

Large modern, family run hotel on bypass road of traditional town. Safe parking. Lovely, friendly, personal service during the difficult travel delays of the April 2010 volcano dust. Good location for Taormina, Mount Etna and touring inland Sicily where there are few hotels. Also enjoyed being able to walk into the typical little town with its convent and castle. In summer, the rooftop with its view to the distant sea and - nice surprise - a small pool will be wonderful.
We had an upgraded room which was beautiful but did not have tea making facilities - I know Italian hotels mostly don't but it makes such a difference.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or concerns. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooftop pool was a great feature, offering a relaxing and enjoyable space to unwind after a long day.
The facilities were outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were not well-maintained, with broken toilets and limited hot water availability.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were always kept tidy. The pool on top of the hotel is a very good idea..quite a relaxing place.
In front of the hotel there is no pavement so when you go out of the hotel with your child you go directly on a busy road . No ramp for pushchair or disabled people and no trolley where to put your luggage. You cannot park infront of the hotel to put your lugguage down. The only parking available is 100m away from the hotel which is not convenient when you are packing/unpacking your stuff. Also breakfast was very basic at times...

A very friendly family run hotel in an unspoilt area outside the usual tourist developments. The owners happily offer advice on local activities and help with arrangements or bookings. The food is really good and the rooftop pool is great. This hotel is good value for the money.

Swimming pool on the top of the hotel is an absolutely brilliant idea. It's not too big, but swimming under the stars is an unforgettable experience. Good breakfast.

Friendly staff Clean rooms Good food Free parking
* The usual hotel problem: no mosquito net. * Elevator was extremely slow, could only serve one request at a time. * The chimney on the 4th floor, near the swimming pool needs to be fixed, as there was quite a bit of smoke.

Great location if travelling by car, close to Gole Alcantara, Taormina, Giardini Naxos etc. Friendly staff, very welcoming and good english speaking. Spacious rooms which includes minibar and 32" lcd T.V. Good buffet breakfast and for Euro 18 P.p very nice dinner.
Low water pressure in our room on the 3rd floor.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff are really nice & helpful. We wanted to visit Naxos & Taormina so the 25 minute drive is fine except at night since the main road (strade principale) road is practically absent from lights. This hotel is really good value for the money we paid. We strongly recommend you use a car to get around.
The room we had lacked a full size mirror (as recommended by their interior designer we were told) and the TV was small. The dividing walls do not provide enough insulation so we could hear the TV's of the neighbouring guests. Breakfast could be better.
